Check that Camera and Microphone permissions are enabled. Go to Settings > Record Now Video Camera and make sure both are turned on.
Make sure Photo Library access is enabled. Go to Settings > Record Now Video Camera > Photos and set it to Add Photos Only or higher. Also check that your device has available storage — the app displays a warning when storage is critically low.
This can happen if another app takes over the camera (e.g., FaceTime or a phone call), or if the device runs low on storage. If interrupted, the video recorded up to that point is still saved.
Another app or system event temporarily took over the camera or microphone. The app will attempt to resume recording automatically once the interruption ends.
Make sure your resolution and frame rate settings are correct. Open Settings > Record Now Video Camera and confirm the desired resolution (e.g., 4K) is selected. Note that some frame rates are not available at all resolutions on all devices.
Your device is running low on space. The app estimates remaining recording time based on your current resolution and frame rate. Free up storage by deleting unused files or offloading old videos.
